NW Bx Democrats Press Conference

City Hall Rally Against Pol. Corruption
- I am pleased to have the endorsement of the Northwest Bronx Democrats, a group of dedicated community leaders from the Bedford Park, Mosholu, Norwood, and Riverdale sections of the Bronx.
- On April 8th, I joined Bronx City Council candidate Julio Pabon and others to encourage voters not to be dissuaded by recent political scandal, but rather to embrace the potential for positive change.
Dear Fellow Bronxites,
Thank you for your interest in the 2013 City Council race in
District 11. Our neighborhoods are ripe with natural beauty, the most educated and energetic residents, and strong and caring social support organizations. But our potential is being undermined by the politics of cynicism and pettiness. We deserve more.
As your Council Member, I intend to work with you to unleash the civic creativity that resides in our community. Together, we will encourage its cooperative and volunteer spirit. Together, we will stimulate its intellectual capacity and channel its desire to do good works.
Please explore this website to become familiar with what I have accomplished in the Northwest Bronx and what I aim to achieve. I look forward to working with our new Mayor, the new City Council, other decision makers—and you!—to bring much needed investment and improvements to our schools, our senior centers, our community centers, our parks, and our streets.
Sincerely,
CLIFF STANTON
